The movie contradicts it's self that way as Beerus used a power scale that puts Goku SSJ3 and Vegeta SSJ2 (Wrath) at a low percentage (10%) While SSG is at a (70 %) I used that to make a multiplier, but yet, Vegeto/Gogeta would be MANY times stronger. Maybe Goku underestimated Gogeta/Vegeto's power? Maybe he overestimated SSG's power? I don't know. I feel like there may be some form of truth in there though. This has been 'Debunked' in many ways, even to the point that even I begin to doubt it. Seeing that SSJ4 is SSJ3 X Oozaru's 10X, that would make Super Saiyan 4's power multiplier 4000X.
